We love to listen. Before we begin any Web design and development project, we listen at length about your business' needs and expectations, as well as your customers' needs and expectations. Without mindful discussions, the opportunity exists for us to build you something different than what you were expecting.
We can help you with your site's message to ensure that your audience "gets it." There are 3 elements that your site must have in order to inspire a lead or make a sale:
- Implied Trust
Does your site support your company in appearing reliable and trustworthy?
- Questions Answered
Does your site's content answer your potential customer's questions about what you do and what you offer?
- Competitive Advantage
Are your products or services competitively priced on your site? If you don't publish prices, have you effectively published your value?
“Project Phoenix was there to make sure we were completely satisfied with the final product. We have already enlisted them for our next project.”Shawn Leveto, President / CEO, Realty Atlanta
We'll help you set up a social media campaign so you can engage your fan base on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, etc. We can maintain the communication between you and your Web site viewers by periodically updating your social media channels on a daily or weekly basis. Check out what we did for the multi-platinum selling rock band, Styx!
Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O.)
Once your site is complete, we'll create both a sitemap and robots.txt file (both of which are used to help search engines crawl your pages), submit your site to the major search engines, and setup a Google Search Console profile to monitor the performance of your site over time.
Using Google Analytics, you'll know who your market is, what pages they're viewing, how long they spend on each page, how they found your site, etc. This will help you fine-tune your site's message to ensure you not only get visitors, but repeat visitors.
We'll make sure your project uses the best technologies for all of these pieces to aggregate together. Let us know how we can help!
